Privacy policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy describes how Daily Rebate FX may collect and use information on this Site. This phase is a public mock catalog; several features described here are not live yet.

We do not ask for trading-terminal passwords. Do not send them to us.

Draft template. Not legal advice. Align with your hosting region, PDPA/GDPR (if applicable), and counsel before production.

1. Data we may collect

Contact details you type into forms (for example a suggested broker name).

Technical logs: IP address, browser, pages viewed, error traces — used to run and secure the Site.

When trader accounts ship: email, hashed password, and broker account numbers you submit so we can match volume reports. Never MT4/MT5 passwords.

2. Why we use it

To publish the catalog, answer suggestions, calculate illustrative rebates, and (later) credit volume-based cashback.

To prevent abuse, debug outages, and meet legal requests where required.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Brokers receive only what is needed to open or tag an account under our IB ID (typically the IB code you paste at their site, not a dump of our user database).

Processors (hosting, email, analytics) may see data under contract. We require them to use it only for the service.

4. Cookies

The Site may use cookies for language, session, or security. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.

5. Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

No system is perfectly secure. Report suspected incidents through the contact details we publish when that channel is live.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction. We may need to verify who you are first.

7. Children

The Site is not aimed at children. Leveraged trading is not appropriate for minors.
